Privacy policy
Last updated: April 1, 2026.
This Policy explains how TalentScan Pro («we») processes personal data when you use talentscanpro.com and related services. The canonical domain is talentscanpro.com; talentscanpro.com.br may redirect to the same site.
1. Controller and contact
The controller is the entity operating TalentScan Pro. For privacy requests or rights exercises, use the contact method shown on the site (e.g. support email or form), with «Privacy» in the subject line.
2. Data we process
Account data: name, email address, password (stored securely), language preferences, and session history where applicable.
Usage and payment data: technical logs (IP, browser type, timestamps), transaction identifiers and payment status with payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
Resume files: PDFs or documents you upload for analysis; metadata needed to process the request and generate the report.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Contract and service delivery: create accounts, authenticate, run analyses, deliver reports, and send service-related communications.
Legal obligations and rights: comply with law, respond to lawful authority requests, and protect platform security.
Legitimate interests: improve the product, prevent fraud and abuse, and aggregated statistics that do not directly identify you, balanced against your rights.
Consent: where required (e.g. non-essential marketing), obtained explicitly and revocable.
4. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Resume files may be deleted after processing as configured in the Service and stated at upload, unless a legal retention duty applies.
Account and billing records may be kept for statutory or accounting periods. Security logs may be retained for a limited time.
5. Sharing with third parties
We use processors (hosting, payments, transactional email, AI infrastructure) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service. We do not sell user email lists to third parties for their own marketing.
6. International transfers
If data is processed outside your country or the EEA, we apply appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) as required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including GDPR where relevant), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
To exercise rights, contact us via the site. You may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation (session, preferences), security, and, where applicable, aggregated analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser; some features may not work if you disable them.
9. Minors
The Service is not directed at children below the legal age without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected minors’ data improperly, contact us for deletion.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy; the date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means (e.g. on-site notice or email).
